Calypso Kitchen serves West Indian food, with its main focus on how it is cooked in Trinidad and Tobago. Our chef is born and raised in Trinidad along side the cuisine which guarantees authentic flavoring. Our food is cooked from scratch with quality foodstuffs.

The Trinidad and Tobagonian food culture has been influenced from all around the world, including among others; India, China, South America and Africa. The result is a flavorful, diverse food with lots of spices and heat. Often the domestic hot pepper Scotch Bonnet is used or pepper sauce is served along with the dish. Our chef makes her own pepper sauce which packs quite the punch! Try it if you dare!
